2020 was a year of many challenges for businesses and Hands of Hope Resource Center was no different. We continued to provide quality victim services, however, due to the nature of our HOPE ROCKS benefit concert, we were not able to have the event last March. We pushed that date out one year in the hopes that we would be back to “business as usual” by March of 2021. Unfortunately, that is not the case.

The Hands of Hope Resource Center Board of Directors has made the decision to cancel the HOPE ROCKS benefit concert featuring Matt Vee and the Killer Vees performing “I Am, He Said,” a celebration of Neil Diamond songs that was scheduled for March 27, 2021 at the Falls Ballroom.

Hands of Hope Resource Center has only two major fundraising efforts each year – the Community Support Campaign which is a direct mailing seeking individual donations, and the HOPE ROCKS benefit concert. Without the funds raised from this concert, we expect an impact to our budget that will inevitably have an impact on our programs.

A special thank you once again to our MAJOR sponsors: Coborn’s, Pine Country Bank and Little Falls Machine, Inc. and to our CORPORATE sponsors: CHI St. Gabriel’s, CliftonLarsonAllen, Grand Casino Mille Lacs, Leighton Broadcasting 99.9 FM, and Little Falls Lions Club.

If you purchased tickets to the concert, please reach out to us. By sending your ticket back to us, we can do one of two things at your request. 1) You can request reimbursement for your ticket, or 2) you can donate the $25 cost of your ticket and we will provide you with a tax receipt in return.

Although this is not what we had hoped for, we appreciate the support of the community and look forward to future events.

Please reach out to Stephenie Och, Executive Director with any questions. She can be reached at (320) 632-1657. Tickets can be mailed to Hands of Hope Resource Center, PO Box 67, Little Falls MN 56345 with directions on how you would like to proceed.
